I joined Rory Mack Associates in September 2020 prior to this I worked within the property industry for over three years, where I found a passion for Property Management. I now head up the Property Management team at Rory Mack Associates overseeing all aspects of the department whilst managing my own portfolio. I am a member of IRPM which is the professional body for property management professionals and provides nationally accredited qualifications.

On a personal note, I live local to Newcastle-Under-Lyme and have family and friends in the surrounding areas who I love to spend my time with, I also enjoy eating out and long walks with my two dogs.

I’m qualified in Business and Information Technology and have previous experience in property. However, my role here at Rory Mack covers a wide range of client accounting tasks, including creating and sending out all demand invoices and charges to the tenants and leaseholders, reconciling the bank payment received and allocating it to the landlord or service charge accounts. Processing purchase invoices and making relevant payments to suppliers. Producing monthly and quarterly statements to landlords and VAT reports. Liaising and reporting with the Property Managers to ensure our clients receive a first-class service.

I have family and friends in both Scotland and Kent, and so spend a lot of my time travelling either north or south to visit.
