I am a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 28 years of experience and joined RMA in 2008, having worked locally before in both private practise as well as the National Coal Board, British Waterways and Stoke on Trent City Council.

In my current role, covering predominantly North Staffordshire and South Cheshire, I undertake commercial and residential valuations for secured lending purposes, private valuations for the acquisition or disposal of property, capital gains tax calculations, inheritance taxation valuations, valuations for company accounts, development appraisals, pension fund valuations and valuations for the court for both matrimonial and retrospective valuation purposes. In addition I undertake valuations of schools for local authorities, for asset valuation and insurance reinstatement purposes.

I joined Rory Mack Associates at the beginning of 2021 as Agency Manager and have since been promoted to Director in 2023. I take a hands on role in running the Commercial Agency with my fellow Director and pride myself on customer service and focus to ensure our clients are looked after in the best possible way.

My duties include bringing in new business, valuations, all aspects of sales negotiation, landlord and tenant, training the junior members of the team and meeting with buyers in the field. The commercial agency department is fast paced and involves valuing, research and due diligence on new and upcoming instructions. Rory Mack Associates prides itself on customer focus, building strong relationships and attention to detail which is something I have dealt with throughout my professional property career.

I have been working in property for over 18 years including roles in sales, valuation, research and media. I live in Staffordshire with my partner and four young children. I enjoy training at my local gym, cooking for my family and watching my son play football at the weekend.

I joined Rory Mack Associates in September 2020 prior to this I worked within the property industry for over three years, where I found a passion for Property Management. I now head up the Property Management team at Rory Mack Associates overseeing all aspects of the department whilst managing my own portfolio. I am a member of IRPM which is the professional body for property management professionals and provides nationally accredited qualifications.

On a personal note, I live local to Newcastle-Under-Lyme and have family and friends in the surrounding areas who I love to spend my time with, I also enjoy eating out and long walks with my two dogs.

I joined Rory Mack Associates in 2025 following a relocation back to Stoke-on-Trent where I grew up having worked in the Valuation Division at Savills Plc in London for most of my career. I am a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 13 years of property valuation experience. In my role, I undertake commercial and residential valuations across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire for a variety of purposes, to include, secured lending purposes for a range of banks, private valuations for the acquisition or disposal of property, inheritance taxation valuations,  company accounts valuations, development appraisals, pension fund valuations and valuations for the court for both matrimonial and retrospective valuation purposes.  I also undertake valuations for insurance reinstatement purposes.  I have experience valuing a significant range of assets, to include prime, secondary and tertiary property across the retail, industrial, office and residential sectors.  I also have experience valuing large portfolios.

On a personal note, I live in Stone with my husband and two young children.

I am a Property Manager responsible for a variety of different sites including residential, commercial, and service charge sites. I started at Rory Mack Associates in April 2024, prior to this I have been working in the property industry since May 2022. I am very eager to development in all sectors of property management, I will be undertaking industry qualifications within Property Management to better myself and to give a first-class service to clients. My spare time is filled with going to watch Stoke City and spending time with my family and friends.

I am a Property Manager responsible for a variety of different sites including residential, commercial, and service charge sites.

I started working in the property industry in 2022 on a new build development site, before starting a career in Property Management. I have worked from the tenant perspective and now landlord giving me a good understanding of my client’s needs.

I bring over 14 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in residential lettings and property management. I work closely with landlords and tenants to oversee all aspects of tenancy management, ensuring properties are managed efficiently, professionally and in line with current legislation. As a MARLA and SafeAgent Qualified professional, I am committed to delivering excellent customer service, building lasting relationships and providing practical, proactive solutions for every client.

Outside of work, I live locally with my wife and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I’m a keen sports fan, enjoy reading and like getting out for walks with our dog, Luna.

Chris, Hulme MRICS qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984 and has over 40 years experience in the profession. He worked for the French oil company, Elf, and William Morrison Supermarkets in his early years, and then three property companies including a PLC between 1990 and 2007. He was instrumental in redeveloping Longton town centre and has handled large portfolios of industrial retail and office properties.

He was the director of Keates Hume in Stoke-on-Trent for over 10 years, and is now a consultant with Rory Mack specialising in landlord and tenant matters and Business Rates appeals assisting clients in minimising their overheads and maximising their returns from properties.

I joined Rory Mack in January 2026 as a Graduate Surveyor in the Agency team. Day to day I’m involved in a mix of commercial agency work, while also getting exposure to valuations and building my technical knowledge as I go.

 I hold a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and am currently working towards APC chartership, building on my academic background through hands-on experience across both agency and valuation work.

 I enjoy the variety the role brings, especially the client-facing side and being involved at different stages of deals. I’m keen to keep learning from more experienced colleagues and just keep developing as I go.

Outside of work, I’m usually playing golf, at the gym or following football.

I joined Rory Mack Associates in April 2026. I’ve not worked in this industry before and I’m really enjoying my new role in the Commercial Department. I have 22 years of Customer Service experience, and I enjoy helping and resolving queries. My day-to-day duties include managing the office and supporting the team with administrative duties.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and keeping fit.
