This is a report that is available to be purchased by the buyer of a property, no matter how old. The report includes a valuation which is undertaken by an approved valuer such as our lovely team at Rory Mack Associates. The report is conducted by someone who is a qualified member of the royal institute of chartered surveyors (or RICS as you may know it). The report will always include a comment on the condition of the property which is being bought. In the homebuyers report, you will also find a valuation on how much the property is worth on the market. As well as information about any additional work such as maintenance or items requiring attention that need to be looked at by the potential buyer.
